Veri sorumlusu ve işleyen

Yerly XL, işletmelerin (kiracıların) kendi iş verilerini yönettiği çok-kiracılı bir bulut ERP'dir. İş verisi (stok, cari, üretim, muhasebe, personel kayıtları vb.) bakımından veri sorumlusu kullanan işletmedir; yerly.tech bu veriyi işletme adına barındıran ve işleyen veri işleyendir.

Hangi kişisel verileri işliyoruz?

Kullanıcı hesabı: e-posta ve rol (sahip/yönetici/personel) — giriş ve yetkilendirme için. Parolalar yalnızca geri döndürülemez biçimde (argon2id) saklanır.

Erişim kayıtları: güvenlik ve denetim amacıyla işlem günlüğü (kim, ne zaman, hangi işlem).

İş verisi: işletmenin girdiği kayıtlar kişisel veri içerebilir; bunların veri sorumlusu ilgili işletmedir.

İşleme amacı ve hukuki sebep

Veriler; hizmetin sunulması, hesap güvenliği, yasal yükümlülükler ve sözleşmenin ifası amacıyla, KVKK madde 5 kapsamındaki hukuki sebeplere dayanılarak işlenir. Reklam amacıyla satılmaz, üçüncü taraf reklam ağlarıyla paylaşılmaz.

Saklama süresi

Kişisel veriler amaç ortadan kalkınca silinir. Ancak muhasebe ve mali kayıtlar, Vergi Usul Kanunu (VUK) ve ilgili mevzuat gereği yasal süre boyunca (5–10 yıl) saklanır; hesap silindiğinde dahi mevzuat gereği korunur.

Barındırma ve yurt dışına aktarım

Veriler şu an AWS (Amazon) Frankfurt (Almanya) bölgesinde barındırılır. Bu, KVKK kapsamında yurt dışına aktarım sayılır; uygun güvenceler ve gerekli hallerde açık rıza esas alınır. Gerçek müşteri dağıtımlarında veriler talebe göre Türkiye merkezli altyapıya taşınabilir.

KVKK kapsamındaki haklarınız

KVKK madde 11 uyarınca; verilerinize erişme, düzeltilmesini veya silinmesini isteme, işlenmesine itiraz etme haklarına sahipsiniz. Talebinizi info@yerly.tech adresine iletmeniz yeterlidir; en geç 30 gün içinde dönüş yapılır.

Hesap silme

Uygulama içinden Hesabım → Hesabı Sil ile hesabınızı ve kişisel verinizi (e-posta, oturumlar) kalıcı silebilirsiniz. İşletmenin tek sahibiyseniz hesap silindiğinde işletme erişilemez hâle gelir; mevzuatın saklamayı zorunlu kıldığı mali kayıtlar yasal süre boyunca korunur.

Data controller and processor

Yerly XL is a multi-tenant cloud ERP in which each business (tenant) manages its own business data. For business data (inventory, contacts, production, accounting, HR records, etc.) the data controller is the using business; yerly.tech is the data processor that hosts and processes this data on the business's behalf.

What personal data do we process?

User account: email and role (owner/manager/staff) — for sign-in and authorization. Passwords are stored only in irreversible form (argon2id).

Access logs: an audit trail (who, when, which action) for security and accountability.

Business data: records entered by the business may contain personal data; the data controller for these is the business.

Purpose and legal basis

Data is processed to provide the service, secure accounts, meet legal obligations and perform the contract, on the legal grounds set out in KVKK Article 5. It is never sold for advertising or shared with third-party ad networks.

Retention

Personal data is deleted once its purpose ends. However, accounting and financial records are retained for the legal period (5–10 years) as required by the Turkish Tax Procedure Law (VUK) and related legislation; they are preserved even after account deletion where the law requires it.

Hosting and cross-border transfer

Data is currently hosted in the AWS (Amazon) Frankfurt (Germany) region. Under KVKK this constitutes a cross-border transfer, carried out with appropriate safeguards and, where required, explicit consent. For real customer deployments, data can be moved to Türkiye-based infrastructure on request.

Your rights under KVKK

Under KVKK Article 11 you have the right to access, correct or delete your data and to object to its processing. Simply email info@yerly.tech — we respond within 30 days at the latest.

Account deletion

You can permanently delete your account and personal data (email, sessions) from within the app via Account → Delete Account. If you are the sole owner of the business, deleting your account makes the business inaccessible; financial records that the law requires to be kept are preserved for the legal period.
